I haven't played all of them and its been awhile but I have good memories of amazing mirror and squeak squad. I've heard those two aren't the best Kirby's though.

Amazing Mirror is a fun metroidvania. People tend not like the idea of having to get around the place with certain powers that is needed to open some areas but it's not that bad.
Squeak Squad is alright but for a Kirby game its a bit on the bland side.

The game is legit fun, it was really easy but I loved the chasing parts where you fight/race the squeaks for a treasure chest.
Animal is a good ability and I can't wait for it's return.

Know most of the dual abilities were worthless but man I loved just combining different ones to see what comes out.
I like Amazing Mirror and Robobot. Hammer is just fun to use and usually rekts in the arena.
I always like Rock Kirby since I was a little kid.
