MediEvil had a sick crossbow. Didn't make sense how it fired like a Gatling tu but it was still a great weapon.
I'm also going to throw in the dwarf quarrellers from Total War Warhammer. Can shoot over their allies heads, have decent stopping power,and once you equip them with great weapons a single unit can fend off a failed ork cavalry charge.

Killing Floor 1 and 2.
Literally the best Sharp Shooter weapon. Bolts penetrate enemies, deal massive damage, and you can pick them up from walls and ground to be fired again.

Killing Floor, of course. Its the main thing that makes Scrakes a joke in 1. Only thing this beauty doesn't 1-shot is Fleshpounds and Patriarch.
