When you get other party members do you switch out Donald or Goofy?

Goofy on specific worlds where their world's companion has a spammable limit, even then Dolan's Comet outshines them all once you get it. It gets to the point that almost all of them becomes useless except Tron and Riku and you're better off with goofy for Valor form.
