You can't do anything with it, because it has no games.
Its use has been cleared up due to coding. It'll spawn something every ten minutes when standing still, five if moving (which counts after having walked 200 metres), if I recall correctly. It won't work properly until the servers are fixed, though.

Its meant to make pokemon come to you, what it really does it make 2-6 pokemon have a chance to spawn near you in its timelimit. 2 is the least I've seen, 6 is the max. this is just sitting at home no moving.
