stock intel is fine.
there is literally no point in changing the cooler if youre not overclocking. maybe if youre a moron that thinks lowering the temperature slightly is going to make it last longer or something.

i added two new 1800RPM 120mm fans to my old Zalman
it's 42º outside and the processor is slightly overclocked doing 54º under load.
and i don't have AC either (house doesn't get too hot inside during summer)
