I beat it with autofire turned on. It wasn't THAT hard but pretty much all my deaths were due to shitty level design and bullshit movement patterns.

I beat it. The only thing really hard about it is that some of the levels trap you with routes that go nowhere except death and that your hitbox is WAY too big.
