Not really, she has alot of gimmicks but as long as you're used to using rekkas and command grabs correctly you should be fine.

She's "low tier" but in KI that doesn't mean much since people like OGTY and Cstyles are able to place top 8 pretty consistently with fucking Omen and Aganos.

Hisako is an unorthodox rekka/grappler character. She has the slowest walk speed in the game, but a really long, upper invulnerable dash. She also has a teleport which places her directly behind her opponent, wherever they are.
