It was a game where you play as a cartoony ghost, pretty sure it was for a sega system. You platform around and possess stuff, lots of secret areas, you collect hidden keys to get the best ending. I think your trying to get your girlfriend back?

You play as a primary coloured dinosaur vs. Others primary coloured dinosaurs. Kind of like pacman, but you eat fruit and if you get big enough you can eat other players? Definitely maze like environments like pacman or bomberman, and from the snes area or thereabouts.
