Well, just a few months ago when Legion's release date was announced or whatever, WoW itself was on sale for $7 including a month of playtime and every expansion to date (including WoD). There was never a better moment to RAF.

I don't know for sure but I've been watching Dreamhack and it looks solid enough now. There's a lot of brood war units or at least analogues to them that make the game look a lot more fast paced and position based than max out and ball on ball fight.
