STALKER games ran just fine (70+ fps average V-sync off) on my i3 2.1ghz + Intel HD 3000 craptop, when using the DX8 Static Lighting, med-high settings, with the Starter Pack's graphics mods, at 1366x768. I'd assume your to perform even better.
