They only show off the opening sequence mostly at trade shows which is heavily scripted and supposedly there is more like it in the rest of the game but yeah outside of that it is procedurally generated. At E3 people were told to get off the demo stations pretty much as soon as they got out of the scripted segments.
I'm only posting this because at the time the first game came out it felt like an actual horror game. Everything after was just a shitty rehash of the game before it.
Looks like a "polished" version of "Sir, you are being hunted".
