of course is a valid argument in pc is running in highest ssettings which mean is using an expensive AntiAliasing, Making the double of Physics queries, Double of GPU Particles and is rendering in a bigger resolution.
More FPS = more rendering, particles and physics process.

There's doom benchmarks in the image, and we are talking about optimization between PC and PS4. I repeat between PS4 and PC.
