I made an idea for a tank since I'm autistic and spend more time thinking of gameplay ideas than playing the game
tell me if hes OP or not
Tank: Firezerker (name wip)
>700 health, 300 armor and 400 white health
>a bit fatter than zarya and a bit shorter than rein, 2nd smallest hitbox of the tanks
>sacrifices his health for high powered attacks by overheating his own suit, cannot sacrifice his 300 armor.
>note that this heroes 300 armor is similar to torbjorns armor pack, it cannot be healed back by medikits or healing abilities. Unlike other armor, it is at the bottom of firezerkers health bar, not the top.

Health sacrificing is a bad mechanic. People do so much damage and often from areas you're not looking, you're telling people that if they attack they may be killing themselves, where not attacking would have allowed them to live.
Your design contradicts itself.
What you're TRYING to design is a hero that makes themselves more vulnerable by atracking. They have to balance safety with their offense.
And we have that hero. Her names DVA. Only she pays for damage by losing movement speed which is perfectly acceptable because she gets it back when she stops attacking.
A better way to design your hero is to make a melee combo. Right click three times in a row for increasing damage, but make him take more damage while doing it.
You're achieving the same results (2 shots may kill him instead of 3) without the gay shit of actually losing health.

I kinda want to design a hero who's gimmick is rushing into an enemy formation and dueling somebody down.
So something like, as long as he keeps his crosshairs roughly pointed at an enemy hero (medium distance) all damage dealt from outside his FOV is reduced by 60%.

I have a really autistic headcanon that El Blanco is the redeemed, heroic version of reaper
Why don't we get a spear based Hero. Only uses the spear, but it could extend in tremendous places if ult'd. Basically a mix of Genji's and Soldier 76's ult. But more like an inbetween option. And the character is 100% melee focused, but does the most damage in the game. The character is the most mobile in the game. And is hard to hit. Short like Lucio, but speedy like Soldier 76+Genji when it comes to run speed and height. It's an ultra glass cannon and can do team wipeouts if necessary. Counters Mcree, Widow, Hanzo, Ana, and Reaper. But can't do shit to Bastion, Tracer, Roadhog, and Reindhart.
I want to see how they would pull of a glasscannon fully melee character. if possible. Having a spear that can do ridiculous damage, but you have to be right at their faces balances the character out. Also making the character really quick and have a hitbox similar to Lucio would help that character get real close quick.
OR the character could have an ult that makes the spear into a magic sci-fi javelin which you could spam the fuck out of to burst enemies down real quickly.

That's what I meant. Maybe not 100 hp, but 125hp. Since the character would simply be nonviable because almost everyone can 1 shot it. Although the character needs to have some leverage. Like maybe a self heal if possible. Kinda like an assassin with a spear. The reason I'm not saying sword or dagger, because Genji is the swordmaster in the game. Where as a Dagger would work, but it is too short ranged. And if the character throws it. Then it is the same as Genji.
Having a glasscannon character that could go in and burst down any role, but with a ton of trouble would work. If it is fast and has a range of spear. And the ultimate being Magic Javelins or an extended version would make it unique compared to the other melee fighters. Also we'll have 2 characters that changes weapons while ulting. Which is this one and Genji.

Ulti: Unlimited Javelins. Does high single target damage, but has no burst damage. Can burn through any character, but cannot be used in a similar way to AoE specials. Similar to Genji's ult, but more weaker, but attacks faster and is mid-long ranged.

Consider the following:

Passive would stay.
Quick Spear Thrust for an Alt Fire is good, but I think a vault should be on the Alt fire with a very small cooldown.
Vault would work, but I made the character far more mobile with the Powerpull Extend that grapples on allies or enemies.
The e stun would work I would throw away my idea for the self heal.
I think the Ult could go both ways. I still think the mid-long range Javelins makes it a parallel to Genji's close range ult. Though in closer ranges I dunno how that ult would synergize with a group.
Though I would say, a Pocket Mercy following this character would be as devastating as her with Pharrah, but on the ground.

This character I concocted basically is the ultimate gorilla warfare character. Although unlike Winston. This character cannot tank damage at all and has to get the fuck out of dodge as quickly as possible. Winston is a hard counter to this character, because if he jumps in and puts a shield and if this character cannot escape. It will die because of his lightning gun and shit. And if it escapes. Winston can pull a chase. Unlike Tracer, this character need other allies to escape safely and confuse enemies by vertical/horizontal movement with the vault. This makes this character harder to use then the majority of heroes in the game. Only thing that is equal is Ana and Genji when it comes to difficulty curves.
And to reiterate. The character's grapple mechanic has the same usage of Widowmakers shift grapple, but unlike hers it has the attributes of Roadhog's hook. Which means it is the exact same shit as Widowmaker's grapple hook, but faster and it only latches onto allies and enemies. It cannot latch onto terrain. The character's passive and ability to wall climb would be enough to get to places real quick.
The vault could also save this character from getting too close to a Roadhog and can leap above and behind Reinhardt real fast.
Makes this character great as a tank killer and a nightmare for Snipers. Although the problem is this character's super squishy nature.

I had shit ton of fun in beta, I played more than any friend. But then it just fucking started out like a mess, crashing like hell, into loading loop and lot of leaver penalty. Just scribbled this up a few days ago.
He'll be the dead husband of widowmaker, revived by Mercy into a sort of ghost like mist, similar to Johann Kraus from Hellboy. (he's all misty cuz he was revived using an early/primitive version of mercy's revive ult). He possess a robotic body he made for himself after being revived to help him with experiments and what not, (he was a scientist, not just a good overwatchh agent, after all) and if you can't already tell by the legs, he's good at jumping. He is somewhat mentally unstable, (being killed by yout wife, then being revived into a ghostly mist man will do that to ya) and will yell mean shit and stuff about hating Widowmaker from time to time. (He secretly wants to save her though).
Not quite sure what his attacks will be yet, but this is what I have so far:
CLASS: Tank. (He's a little taller than Zarya, so about 7-8 feet tall).
RIGHT-CLICK: uses telekinetic, force like power to pull rocks out of the ground to throw at people.
L-SHIFT: Jump, similar to Winston's, but using his telekinetic he can grab ahold of the walls of buildings (or whatever incline he jumps toward) and push himself off of it to do a chain of up to 5 jumps, with about a second of time to run on the wall (similar to lucio) or stay attached to the wall to quickly find another. Cool down: 8 seconds
ULTIMATE: "Hostile Takeover." His mist-like ghostly body leaves his robotic body to find and seep into enemy weapons and buildings (sentries, teleporters, etc). Causes 10 second failure of buildings you're caught, and temporary weapons malfunctions to nonbuilder players (effects include possible weapons jamming [meaning it has a chance that it wont be effected] emptying of ammo, forcing to reload, and generally causing hell for the enemy).
Like I said, not entirely sure what the rest of his attacks will be, but I know for sure that his playstyle will be similar to Winston's, in that he's meant to jump in and distract the enemy team.
