Honestly it's hard to pick a favorite, earlier games have slightly better stories but 4 and 5 really flesh out the combat a bit more. (While adding stupid shit too, but I digress)

Someone can gib non-squad based rpg on gba/ds ?
I hear so many mixed things about Golden Sun. Mostly that it's actually not that good, and that it is simply remembered for having good graphics for its time. Thoughts?

It does have a good graphics which I didn't notice until I compared it to even older games. It also has some neat mechanics like reading thoughts and no definite villain which is rare even now. Overall, I don't think it's overrated.
