I like this too but it doesn't seem like much of the characteristics transfer to kid buu form, I guess it's just a kid buu recolor, at least that's what it seemed like in the trailer. Hopefully that changes with the release but who knows?

I need to run the Goku Dokkan 5 more times so I can finish my STR SSJ3 Goku, personally.
I'd like to Dokkan my Phys Kid Buu, too, but I'm kind of at a loss as to how to approach the fight against him. I don't have too many characters than can do the anti-candy link, and I don't want to just mono-STR because of the Super Buu phase.

Because they're two different types of games and there's not really much for Xenoverse to even copy outside of the transformations, which DIMPs clearly already struggles on because they decided to make Player characters have a bit more uniqueness to themand more than likely they chose to do that at the last goddamn second in Xenoverse,seeing with how exceptionally flawed it is
Transformations or the Class-Ups as Heroes call them are really the only thing they could bring over but DIMPs is pretty intent I believe on not going full ham on that till Xenoverse 3 which they'll more than likely and typically finish the series off with as the last installment.

What has indicated that the races inbalanced in XV2 thus far? Super Saiyan does not give infinite ki anymore and every race has a transformation now, so it can't be that...
I will admit though that you have a point on the ki charging, while it does fufill it's purpose in XV i feel as if it could be made better,
Maybe make it so we can charge over our max ki's limit giving us a power boost like some previous Dragon Ball games? It could provide Ki Charging with another use and give non transforming people a edge over people who use transformations, Of course people who are transformed wouldn't be able to get the Max Power boost.

Just an assumption based off of XV1. Namekians and Male Saiyans IIRC made shitty Ki users so you were pretty fucked if you wanted to make aone of them that specialized in it. I figure they'll probably bring it back because such an idea was so "great"

Personally i think that it would be cool if you could choose to specialize in some stats, Like you could be the classic Basic Attack/Ki Supers Saiyan Male or a Tank Freezer who has high Health and Stamina but low offensive stats
This could of course stack with other effects/souls so you could make more varied builds, although i suppose this may increase the potential for broken as fuck characters but whatever.
Let's hope we see this combination in Fusions.
