One time I made this really good soup loosely based off the Spicy Soup from Paper Mario.
I started by steeping some hot peppers in chicken broth and it just kinda evolved from that.
It's a really satisfying versatile dish and you can add pretty much what ever you want to it, I used bacon and mushrooms.
