Cyberpunk, obviously. It has a lot more interesting themes and aesthetics to draw from, and a lot of it is happening right now. Meanwhile, shit like Steampunk is usually just retarded cogs slapped on everything. Dieselpunk is interesting, but doesn't really have a lot of relevant and good media set in a similar universe, and 'Raypunk' is just classic old boring scifi. I'd rather experience what can be of the world instead of what could have.
