Instead of lazy emulation, they just hacked together a boot loader for original hardware. Not only that, but they outright told you on the motherboard where to solder if you wanted to add a cartridge slot for all the other games. It came with 2 controllers, AND used the same slots as the original ones so you could reuse your old paddle controllers if you wanted, and all of this retailed for 20 bucks, from a tiny company.
Meanwhile, Nintendo does it in the scummiest possible way and they're going to make tens of millions off this.

It's free, it's exactly how I want it, and I have all the peripherals I want for it already.
