He doesn't need buffs he needs a rework, same with mei. Both of those heroes are frustrating to play against but they're actually fucking shit and don't contribute enough to get picked anywhere near enough in high skill play. They only work against stupid, bad or uncoordinated teams and against a decent team proceed to do fucking nothing.
Not sure what can be done to fix Mei but I was thinking Bastion could maybe have a different ability to the heal when in recon mode. Maybe something like a deployable sensor that outline enemies in the area only when he's out of sentry mode to better make him a team player and add some utility while also encouraging him to just not be a turret that jacks off in the corner
