Making a CaC is fun and being a Time cop and fighting alongside Goku and stuff is great for my inner teenager.
XV2 looks like a step up imo.
There are people that don't like the game, they feel like it's not balanced enough or not indepth enough and I can see that. It's not perfect but it's perfect for me and i'd recommend it.

You can only make another character after you've already done the story mode.

For example if you wanted to be a Huge Ki Saiyan user like Vegeta you're playing the wrong game you silly retard, and you should've made a girl Saiyan as Males are supposed to be punching shit. Or go over to another race l like Namekian and get fucked if you think you can spam ki there since that's one of their worst attributes. It of course works vice versa too and it's incredibly shitty to deal with. Hell the whole game even is against customization without adhering to a role as you can't even equip clothes without your stats getting fucked.

The mechanics of the game were complete shit, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I had a blast with it. Taking my little human girl from struggling to fight Vegeta and Nappa to taking down villains that would put GT levels of bullshit to shame in less than a week was retarded but in a good way.
Endgame was kinda shitty. You could either

I got bored of that after a few days and fucked off. Was a fun ride though. Being melee was suffering. The infinite combo was my bread and butter, but almost anything challenging had super armor so it was still tough.
