You can look at the console and PC release dates of XIII, which is 3 years in between.

The reppuken DM is new. It probably eorks similar to kyo-1's flame wave, kind of surpised they didnt just use Gouren Reppu Ga
This version of geese is weird, looks like Jaeiken got expanded into a rekka, Raikou Mawashi is now an overhead axekick rather than being a combo or frame advantage tool, and no shinnku nage, and now gouha nage is a deadicated special. Raging storm being his climax hurts his anti air as well.
Seems like they went too far in simplifying him, but hopfully he'll keep his great normals, and have EX reppuken and shippuken be like his AoF2 or RBS version and double shippuken respectively.
