Another choice is to Ascend. Technically, you don't need an artist at all if you're good enough at coding procedural animation engines, procedural modeling engines, physics engines, lighting engines, that sort of thing. All you need is one good model, and the rest is handled in code and scripting.

From everything I've heard, it seems like this Purple-S guy purposely delayed the game, is the reason why this shitshow has been going on for three years straight, and him taking the assets has completely ruined Breeding Season completely. Some people are justifying this by saying the programmer and rest of the team was just as slow.
But what about the programming?
A game like Breeding Season couldn't have taken more than a week or two, maybe a month tops to make. Three years is enough to make a fully-featured game. And when your artist isn't pumping things out fast enough, or if your artist wants to start over, then you don't just sit on your hands as a programmer. You put in placeholder graphics and you keep coding. Redoing the art should have 0 (zero) impact on the state of the game from a programming perspective.
So where is it? Where's the game? Where's three years worth of programming with placeholder graphic to make up for the slow artists? Where's the semi-finished product? Why can't this guy just get a new artist to pump out the sprites he needs? The leaked game and most recent release have a week's worth of code in it. Where's the rest?
Over the years of making games, one thing I have learned is all artists are jews. NEVER trust them.
Most of them use some literal scam method of payment (they'll draw you x amount of graphics at a certain cost, getting them to draw you every graphic you needed for a game would run you into the hundreds of thousands, if not millions).
The rest, even though they're amateurs with no real experience expect to be paid more than a professional working on some AAA game would earn.

There are a number of scenes and animations, they just kept redoing them, as well as expanding the scope:
They're doing more than a single gender for each monster; There's the vanilla, then genderbent, futa, loli/shota, feral, and to to top that off, genderbent futa, genderbent loli/shota, genderbent feral, genderbent feral futa and genderbent feral loli/shota, and finally Genderbent feral futa loli/futa.
That's just one monster, around 12 animations if I did math right, which I likely did. Now do a unique scene with each trainer (male and female), then each monster, which is about 8 of them (give or take), all with the same criteria. So 96 animations on one side, meaning about 192 different animations are needed to be drawn.
Then add in the unique faces and hairstyles for each monster and you get the point. Schwig needed to realize redoing it three times in a row for all that is a fundamental waste of resource and time. Stick with a design.
