Running a videogame company with no prior experience is difficult. He has ideas and he's working hard to implement them, but without proper management, it's going to take 20 years for it to be out and by that time half of the intended audience would have killed themselves or died from bullying/poor health. Because better artists charge $50+ for full body full color with complex clothing and lewd undertones. There's not a lot of artists out there willing to lewd art for an offensive game for cheap. Even if you paid them a lot, they would be worried about their reputation if the game was in poor taste.
