I remember watching Dragon Ball vanilla and wondering how old Mai was and why she never seemed to cavort with anything, and reaction to the pre-microwave (or "easy bake oven") scene with the blow kiss had me curious as to what kind of experience she actually had. I also remember wondering how they got away with saying easy bake oven since that sounded like a trademark violation or something.
Then I remember seeing her again in GT and realizing she had only been with Pilaf all her life and never settled down and that made me sad.

There doesn't appear to be an obvious way to reach the top of this building on foot, so I can only assume that you will be able to fly.

Gohan's hair barely changes when he goes SSJ1. 2 makes it spike up entirely, but on Goku and Vegeta it looks stupid because there is literally no change for them. I think ONE OF Goku's bangs spikes up and that's it.
Kind of lends to the theory of Goku supposed to be done as the MC after Cell Saga because the new transformation only worked for Gohan, so when he came back in Buu Saga SSJ3 was needed to make him visually distinct again.

What vegeta did was the middle ground between ultra saiyan and super saiyan.
What trunks did(and interestingly enough became the basis for broly)was go full on ultra saiyan.
Cell did the exact same thing.
Here's an interesting side note, Master Roshi can do the ultra pumped up thing too.
The interesting part?
It doesn't slow him down. He becomes more powerful overrall. All of the humans do that.
So, for humans, the ultra store shitloads of ki and get swole thing might be their super saiyan.
It might also help explain why the androids were so powerful. Give humans enough ki and they can adapt to it and grow more powerful, they just don't have the capacity to grow a shitload of it like other species do.
