Time for a kirby thread fuckers!
Aww yeah. a Kirby thread! Excited to see what gets talked about.
Kirby games are terrible. You have a character that can fly but you don't incorporate that into your levels at all. You have a bunch of powers but they don't mesh well with the level design or enemies. The games are piss easy. Kirby is awful.
Kirby spinoffs such as Pinball Land and Canvas Curse are great though.

I'd conceed to say that's true (to an extent) of the 3DS games, and maybe even RtDL, but all of the other Kirby games don't fail to make Kirby's flight feel appropriate to the game, and they don't fail to make the enemies actual obstacles to Kirby.

Tried hammer which I read was easy. Its damage is disgusting but I just cant handle the attack timing right, especially vs Susie. In general I just take damage and die. I need to git gud but its more how.

If you're going for easy mode and not speed just try to abuse the down b and dash attack for invincibility. You shouldn't be using the basic attack for damage, if you've got a safe opening you may as well be charging the up attack, and if you need to get in a quick attack the dash+jump+b attack is best

for the most part it's all about learning a pattern for fighting each boss with your weapon of choice, knowing your safe moves and your punishers.
Archer is amazingly overpowered because the camoflage defense is untouchable and near instant to use. Just don't get trapped under the DDD's. Any other boss who's too close, just wait for them to space themselves.
