You need "learning" skill to get exp in the back in VII so only the front row get's exp without it. Characters who aren't in the party don't get anything.
It's not a problem at all though because lat game you can get a mob that gives you 10M exp in kill so leveling up everyone takes 5 minutes.

I don't know. I went straight from R1 into the anime then R2 and within a week or two R3 at launch. I haven't played VII, but based on jewtube videos it seems more original than either of the other two sequels.

It's during the time in V where the group goes to Lowee. To make a long story short, Noire tries to make Plutia look bad so she can steal Planeptune's shares for herself and be top dog, then after that she acts like a complete asshole to Blanc to the point that Blanc breaks down crying. Needless to say that painted her in quite the negative light for some people. Irregardless of it being a Noire from a different dimension.

Nep is pretty easy to grind. I am on my first playthrough at zero dimension and I already have 100k credits with lvl30 crew and I've finished the card collector achievement already.

Blanc felt useless after I got them. Even after I pulled out a hammer out of the public relation lvl 5 box that did 150 more damage than anything I could buy at that point, they still did more.

That way you can get them right away and use them post game instead of worrying whether you want to do NG+ for them.
Bigger problem are the DLC weapons because they automatically equip any character that joins you in a cutscene with them, making fights a joke. I ended up just not attacking with them until I could switch back the gear.

Every time I decide to grind few packs in the start of the game later I end being 10 or more lvls above required by plot progression even with fortified enemies. I just buy best gear in the shop and assign combos exe-oriented or power-oriented, also not opening plans on purpose.Still stuck with dangerous foes but they eat merely more time than plot bosses.

About RB 1, I can't think of anything...
I would suggest play without CPUs, but you would just get stuck at Killachine and force yourself to learn EXE Drives to progress

About RB 3, you can use only human characters since you get most of them right at the start of the game with DLCs and enable Fortify Enemies. First chapter will be easy as shit, but it will soon get more intense

Blanc is just complete garbage in this game. Even when you aren't forced to compare her directly to Rom and Ram, who will remain extremely powerful (Rom even more so), Blanc is easily the worst character in your roster. Her stats are optimized for tanking, but there's no way to draw aggro or shield allies, and the AI always targets your weakest members anyway. Her attacks aren't as powerful as they should be, and most of her special moves are single-hit attacks which end up missing most of the time due to her abysmal TEC. You'd be better off with IF.

Doesn't exist in the game. The lack of any way to control enemy aggro or make any meaningful use of enemy positioning is one of the major shortcomings that the battle system has always had. At least with the way Parts Break and the Formation Skills work, it's clear that they're trying to change that, but there are much more traditional ways of improving it that they've been ignoring.

FFF just had incredibly fucked up balance issues in general. To even get Apollonius on the team, you had to grind to levels that were absurdly high for the next few areas, and you didn't even need a tank once you unlocked the Gatling Gun, since no one would be alive long enough to be a threat.

That's what I mean. The game went out of its way to let you move your characters around on the field, but without even basic concepts like Zone of Contact or even a way to tell what your enemies' attack range and area of effect are, there's no real point to it. As I said, Parts Break and Formation Attacks are an attempt to fix that, but the fact that they're still lacking those traditional elements of combat positioning shows that Compile Heart doesn't really even understand the system that they're replicating.
All in all, it's not really a huge problem, but as the series keeps improving, issues like this are sticking out more and more.

True. I think that they should just abandon the Rush/Power/Break attack types entirely since Rush ends up being the only attack type worth using for most characters, and VII's auto-crit system tried to give you incentives for using certain attacks for reasons beyond what category it is.
If anything, I'd rather see them split attacks into Melee/Magic/Ranged in future games, instead of having those attributes just haphazardly dumped into standard attacks. That way they could make specific enemies much more susceptible to certain attack types and make the characters a bit more balanced.
