I mean, it's not THAT bad. At least it's challenging and encourages you to try defeating the bosses with abilities you wouldn't normally use. It also adds up to replay-value. What's inexcusable, though, is having to do it with Sword two times, as you have to use Blade Knight and Sword Knight in separate runs.
