This is almost more likely why her rifle can be shot without any problem without the scope. Ana, to me, is a midrange style sniper, like Hanzo, and should be moving with the team's backline ready to provide her support. Grenades on Roadhogs as they attempt to flee, sleep on high value targets (when she doesn't need it to escape) and mad shooting at team fights.

Its the same deal with League of Babies. Katarina/Yi/Insert Pubstomp Here all cause issues in the solo environment, because teams can't coordinate as effectively against them, while in pro and group play modes them become almost joke characters because of the focus.
