What's some games with god tier character creation?

Dragon's Dogma has my all time favorite character creator so far.
Dragon's Dogma was pretty awesome for a console exclusive game originally. The amount of variety I would see in created characters and pawns was neat. It was also cool how your height and weight could effect the game. A taller character can carry more items and has little chance of being picked up by harpies, but a smaller character can fit into small caverns and run faster.Since tons of /v/ made lolis 24/7 it was hilarious to see so many people complaining about harpies picking them up and dropping them off cliffs or being blown away by any monster that could flap their wings.

Yes. Legitimately the worst fucking experience. Can't remember if there was sliders post-parental decision, but let me make my fucking character, not be hamfisted into a general set of features.

In the end, all the characters look exactly the same save for the wardrobe

It doesn't have the best choice of hair, but the little things like voice, weight, combat style, walking style, etc, etc, etc really make this a gem.

It's been painful for me to play because of how empty the game is and how rancid the people playing this game are.
You're all knocking GTAO's character creator because the average player didn't give a fuck and put a parent slider 100% left/right. If I can make a cool looking player character that is also unique, everyone else can too, with some effort. They just DON'T CARE, so that's really /not an argument/.

only fashion (incl beards, hair, tattoos), and skin color actually differentiate them
