I was playing Xenoverse 1 today and realized that 99% of all the PQs were you versus multiple enemies. The very few that are 1v1s are incredibly easy or center completely around enemies with huge reverses of power armor.

I kind of hope they don't waste much time in the U6 DLC. The characters from U6 are dogshit. Since they most likely WILL add something, I hope it's only Champa, Vados and Hit at most and then they do Goku Black shit, depending on whether the arc turns out okay or shits the bed.

It's not. Super Buu is made of the same components than Fat Buu. It was just a matter of beating a part of his personality into submission. They're SHAPESHIFTERS, anon.
For gameplay purposes, just shooting smoke and turning into a super-buu form would not need to be justified at all, it's purely majin magic anyway. If you want to get anal about canon, evil can grow in the hearts of anyone. Piccolo is literally the result of the unnamed Namekian's accumulated evil during his stay on earth. So majins generations down the line from Mr. Buu likely aren't pure good.

Not at all. Just because that's how buu transformed doesn't mean he can't do it normally. Slim buu isn't much more powerful than Fat Buu, the majority of his power increase comes from his body more suited to fighting.

In the interest of my own autism, I'll justify it for you. A Super Buu transformation would be a Fat Buu/Girl Buu using magic to rearrange the shape of their gummy bodies into a denser, more effective and fighter-like form. But since it's an unnatural form for them to take it's kinda like sucking in your gut. You can only keep it up for so long, which is why they can't just be that form all the time.

You have no idea what you're saying. He was a little stronger because his body was more suited to fighting, and because the evil in him was more aggressive. But compared to fat buu he was more or less the same. The only big difference was between the really skinny buu and the fat good buu, because when they split Buu was mad and took most of the power.

How do you think they'll balance kaioken? It was rather annoying how in 1, you could fire up SSJ and basically not have to worry about it ever wearing off as long as you used an angry shout or two and kept attacking. Yet to use Kaioken at all, you basically had to ring blood from a stone and dedicate 2 or 3 skills just to trying to maintain it. And even then you spend a good 25% of the fight just spamming skills to get your stamina back up.

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but that's pretty much correct. Super Buu is a little stronger than Fat Buu because of his body type and personality. Therefore, a transformation based on body type is perfectly fine. Sure, it would LOREWISE not be as strong as Super Saiyan 3's 15000% stat boost, but the games don't even pretend to care about that kind of anal bullshit else it would be literally impossible to make a fighting game out of Dragon Ball.

Yes, the canon status of transforms is indeed garbage. That thankfully doesn't translate completely into the games, though.
A better way of handling them in the games may be that kaioken ALWAYS stays on, until you take a percentage of your health in damage. Having the state on, however, accelerates how much damage you take from hits. x2 being the most forgiving, whereas x20 can get you wasted pretty quickly, but is the most powerful.

You don't have that much health in these games in the first place. That would make the skills completely worthless. You'd end up doing more damage to yourself than to anyone else. They'd have to multiply your raw damage by insanely high amounts to make them worth it. And then the damage would be so high that just landing one combo string could end a match.
Bad idea. That's why they tried to make it drain stamina in 1. Which was also a bad idea. But not as bad as having a move that kills yourself.
