A couple suspicions right out the bat:
1) Boxer dude's beating Makoto is what delayed their proceedings long enough for the attack to be fully launched and the game to start.
2) Animator was the last to show up, and only after the guards were murdered and stashed away, though I think he's a bit TOO obvious of a suspect to take seriously right now.
3) A lot of people throwing out "Housekeeper is pulling a Junko" theories, but I doubt they'd pull the same trick again.
4) Munakata was apparently the one who made the building and chose the island it'd be on, so if anybody would know what exits to block and how to take over the building's systems, it'd be him.

Naegi's sister (Komaru) is the main character, Toko/Genocider is her partner and sometimes WhiteKuma assists them.
Nagito and another five kids called the Warriors of Hope (plus a gansta NiggerKuma) fuck shit up and make the former play a game for their entertainment.
All the kids were manipulated and used by Junko because of their shitty families. Monaca (pic related) is a huge bitch though.
Nagito made the game and a dealt with Toko; exchanging Komaru for Togami. She decides not to do it and they both became friends.
Monaca's family made the Monokumas without knowing they were weapons, but they were in too deep already and decided to assist both the good and bad guys. Her true goal was to make Komaru feel despair and become Junko 2.0.
Toko saves her and with the power of FRIENDSHIP they defeat Monaca and NiggerKuma.
Nagito saves Monaca from dying and decides to help her become "an improved Junko" and says he's the only one who can do it since he both loves and hates her the most in this world.
Both NiggerKuma and WhiteKuma were parts of Junko's AI and it shows a scene where Izuru smashes their heads and picks up their chips, which he then uses in DR2.
Komaru and Toko decide to help the people in the city for a bit longer.
All the kids survive and Monaca is training to be Junko's succesor.
