It's still fun without graphic overhaul mods(just with unofficial patches) but yeah, it's possible to run it with a moderate amount of mods without any hiccups.

cant really say, my game was pure vanilla, all i did that could be considerd tampering was abusing some bugs to make long lasting fatigue drain potions that made my stamina slowly trickle down, it sort of simulated a hunger bar

Diablo III working on various builds when it is cold af outside and you're lost in a pile of blankets with a heating pad on your buns drinking some hot cocoa and eating christmas snacks is top-tier. MMOs and retro vidya really shine in the winter time too.
