How uncomfortable is it?
I'm thinking about getting pic related but I'm worried about how comfortable it is.
Just get a N3DS
It looks far better
Its like holding a slab of plastic
it's uncomfortable on games that use a lot of L and R, otherwise it's not that bad.

I had an XL for a little while and hated it. I tried a 2DS and thought it was way more comfortable. Especially the shoulders.

it's comfy to hold for long playthroughs, just hope you don't need to use LR.

It's much better balanced than its folding variants which I quickly found out matters a lot in terms of comfort and button presses.

I liked that they were big and your fingers could rest on them comfortably. The XL felt like there was too much travel and at rest the plastic dug into my fingers.

I don't own one, but I know somebody who does. I have played on it a few times and it was surprisingly ergonomic.
I've enjoyed mine, controls/screen aren't the best obviously.
Price is right though, especially at 50-80 used/new.

It's super comfy. The triggers are good and you can put your fingers around them completely unlike the other models.

I've owned it. It's great if you really just want to knock out a 3DS game every so often (1-3 months) but for more heavy use you'll want an XL at least.

It's not the buttons themselves, it's where they are. Resting your fingers along the top of the thing just doesn't feel natural, it feels better to hold it like a gameboy.

No him but I fit my dsi snug in my cars extra little compartment above the radio, or sometimes in the glove box. Things small enough to fit anywhere. That's just like a big slab of plastic. It wouldn't fit either of those places, it wouldn't need its own separate bag or to be placed behind the car seats or something. Even then it seems the thing'd be scratched up to hell and back.

It's OK, it works mostly, but I'd advise against it unless you're 12 years old or poor. The 3DSXL feels so much better and you can get them used for fairly cheap.
