Tai Yasue is Co-director on KH3, he is in Osaka with the rest of the KH3 team. Him being the Co-Director means by Nomura's own admission that he is teh one who is actually managing the actual everyday job and i the most important person on KH3 team. In fact the same can also be said for Tabata at that same time who in July 2013 was the Co-Director on XV.

Nomura did not direct TWEWY. Nomura had the same exact job on TWEWY that he had on Type-0 and Crisis Core which was Creative Producer and Character Designer. Only KH1 is good and only KH2FM battles on critical against Terra and Data battles are good. XV is already shaping up better than any KH game is anyway.
