Yeah it's made by a group of BRs, so the translation is mostly a joke, but the gameplay is solid. It's an in-work total conversion of pokemon. Combat is still pokemon obviously but skills have been remade entirely instead of just renamed. Goku gets kaioken which is a speed and attack increase but poisons you. It's pretty fucking neat. They want to make their own map and shit at some point, but for now it's basically just people throwing dragonball cahracters at each other. I even caught an oolong in viridian forest. It starts with DB chars then works up to DBZ, and even has super content. goku can evolve into SSJblue.

yes, Drastic for android mobile devices.
A bit of googling directed me to it and lots of people say its the best one with minimal issues.
Though unable to use most of the options or menu is quite the hassle. (you can still use x2 speed, show/hide UI, sound on/off).
waiting for a better emulator on android desu. AAI with these issues is unplayable right now or just annoying since the UI covers most of the buttons and I can't turn it on/off like the AA OT which didn't have these problems.

It's the UI for Drastic, the only DS emulator on mobile worth a shit. Worth a pirate, or just buying it with google opinion reward money like a smart person. They recently updated and made some UI changes and made things a little less ugly as fuck/difficult to use.
Other DS emulators are based on ultra old forks of drastic which is why none of them run anything at more than like 20 FPS max.

AAI isn't that bad on Drastic. Just make the buttons as small as possible and drag them off to the bottom and they're all most completely out of the way. I've had no issues with AAI2 doing that, though it is pretty retarded you can't hide them completely.
For the crashing, I have no ideas. I have no such issues on my tablet.
