The third ending is more of an Easter Egg than anything though.
Also if you didn't play through the refuse ending at least once you missed out on techland actually adding a final boss

For a a game with an obvious focus on the wonky zombie killing it has surprisingly effective tense moments.

This is how you make a horror game
Dying Light is a fun time, although I find the progression to be a little weird in that you go from having to hit a zombie five times in the head with a lead pipe to do anything to it, to one shotting pretty much everything that isn't a special zombie, when it's more fun at times to be able to really beat them down. Also, needed more silly martial arts moves.
