Cool. There seemed to be a lot of complaining about the whatever system Berseria is going to get, so I was a little reluctant to get into the series, but I'll give those a go at least. I've got Xillia and I think another one lying around, so I'll give them a go.

if this is your first Tales game, then you're in for a treat. The combat is up to par, the story is pretty good, the presentation sucks ass even though the story manages to make up for how bad everything looks.
This game aged horribly, but as a first time player it can hold you over. Just don't expect to go back to this game after you play the later ones
