Opinions on this game?
i havent played it. how well do it and LoI emulate? I had LoI but never beat it, and I'd like to play through both of these seeing as how they're the 2 CV games that fit into Iga's timeline that I've never beaten.

Dracula May Cry. Pic related gets voiced by Liam O'Brien and the MC is voiced by Crispin Freeman. Game is too drawn out but there are a lot of cool concepts in the game and I wish we could have another game that uses a more polished ID system. Also, boss fights and stealing were great.

Slow, boring, terrible level design, shit boss fights. Neat unlockables but didn't make the game any better.

Some neat ideas, but at its core, its pretty undercooked.
Nights of Azure was openly influenced by Chaos Legion and Curse of Darkness, but was again pretty average, so I'm really hoping some game in the future goes for a similar type of thing and does it well.
It was okay. Using Laser whip Trevor was fun.

Should also mention that combat is pretty shallow. Music is great as it was done by Michiru Yamane. Story is silly but hey it's Castlevania, so I guess whatever. Iga apparently has a fetish for chairs specifically. There are some obscure as fuck weapons that you will have to grind for, but you can get shit like an electric guitar, a minigun, and I think a skillet with some eggs frying in it. Some satisfying sound effects and collectibles. Wall chicken is as rare as ever. Cordova Town. You'll know what I'm talking about.
God, I wish they had done this better so it would have taken off. Imagine if handheld Castlevania had stayed Metroidvania and console CV had gone DMC instead of GoW.
