You can skip the 1st game, but you should watch a story-summary video.
There are a few graphics mods for the 2nd game, but the most important thing for me is to disable the disgusting bloom effect.

To name some: Silent Hill 2 (i have the game, but my Xbox is broken), Silent Hill 3 (my toaster can't make the sound effects to work), any PS2 exclusive classic (my toaster can't emulate PS2 for shit), Bayonetta (don't have a PS3 or a Wii U), Bloodborne (i have a PS4 but not it best game), any JRPG (tried with FFVII, Chrono Trigger, Parasite Eve and they bored me to hell, turn based combat is shit).
I haven't beaten a Mario or a Zelda game.
I couldn't get the Mark of Conqueror in Nioh demo.
Most of my favorite games are western made: Grand Theft Auto, Halo, and my absolute favorite games of all time are the Batman: Arkham.
