I've had it happen to me and It would always give me an error if I tried accepting it, pretty sure it's the same error.

most likely they are just doing it to probe you or something,
the way that steam's system is the person will have a week to cancel the trade and they most likely will do so at the last moment so you are probably just getting dicked with desu.
worst case scenario as someone said in the thread it could always be a ui bug where they selected your entire inventory and it doesn't show as you never really know with these things, if you really wanna be safe 1. ignore the trade, 2. report him for scamming and 3. (only if your over the top worried for some reason) change your password.
