Dang. I was way too greedy with my Action Points and thought they weren't worth it.

They were absurdly overpowered. The defense order reduced damage taken by ~10 so you could run though machine gun fire without any issues, the anti-tank orders let scouts kill tanks, etc.
Anyway I started a playthrough with the rebalance mod, what should I expect and can anyone give me some tips?
