No, even before Disney owning Marvel, there was some interviews with Quesada saying Marvel would never again do a crossover with DC officially.
The theory, though, is that it's thanks to Ike "The Kike" Perlmutter that we can't have more Marvel vs DC crossovers, that X-Men and Fantastic 4 aren't in too many promos now, and that the MCU was getting too disconnected.

How so? You mean as far as characterizations and stories go? Ike's probably responsible for the first two, almost definitely for the second one, but the MCU trying to write actual stories has been the case probably since forever. It's the Marvel creative council or whatever that's always tried to rein in the films from getting too creative, sometimes to a negative effect, and that's since been disbanded. Won't see any results from the disbanding until 2018 or 2019 probably.
