Overwatch has the feature to render screenshots at 3,5,7 or 9 times the resolution. Meaning you can get completely jaggy free sexy screenshots.
I wish every game had this feature, it's amazingly simple and good.
One downside is that the screenshots tend to be... pretty big. 9x a 1080p screenshot in .bmp format is 650 MB.

Steam uncompressed + virtual super res (both brands have their version) = higher quality screenshots too. So you can kind of get it in other games.
