How on earth is this a real opinion? One if the ugliest games I've played. The gameplay is just garbage though. Yeah you have to shoot but it isn't a shooter. Shooting doesn't feel nice and there's zero mobility. You end up stuck in a field and combat comes down to pot luck. You can't dodge, evade, etc. Its terribly designed. And oh my God are the physics bad.

It's more of fallout 3. Which is good for the people that enjoyed it if they didn't like new vegas.
The graphics are better but the performance is just as bad if not worse than before. Also the graphics are still pretty shitty compared to other new gen games.
The shooting is better than ever but still subpar compared to the hundreds of other first person shooters out there.
The exploration is good as it should be with a lot of enviromental story telling through skeletons and objects in different positions and places. Though because of the removal of almost every unique weapon in exchange for the RNG legendary ones means there's barely any big reward for exploring long dungeons.
New crafting system and weapon modding system. Though there's always a better upgrade for your weapons, it's not much of a choice rather than picking the best one.
Settlement system? if you like minecraft i guess it's a plus.

The survival mechanic is fun, but you're completely knee capped by the game in vanilla if you attempt an evil character build. On top of which, there's zero to no dialogue or plot for evil playthroughs. And good fucking luck if you find power armor and want to mod or keep it without building settlements
