Soma's the most overpowered character in the game.
Alucard is cool though. He still gets to play around with fancy weapons, including a bunch of really fun and unique ones. Like throwing daggers or floating swords. He's even got the shield rod if I'm not mistaken.

A lot of the gear you get works on multiple characters.
It's still got one of the best soundtracks of the entire series. Probably because they just took all the best songs and remixed/arranged them.
Real shame that we'll never get a PC port and that the series is completely dead.
