Well PC is the worst version simply by virtue of offering no other features and "muh pc power" doesn't matter for a sprite game.
PS4 offers some added Kratos content that gives a cuhrazy Kratos fight stage and you get some cool armor with it although it doesn't really mesh well with the style.
Xbone offers a similar battle toads level that also has unique armor and the style definitely fits better.
Wii U has gamepad support for hotswapping items and such and offers co-op, new relics, and bonus challenges but you need the amiibo for it.
3DS has 3D and touchscreen support and all the other Wii U bonuses sans co-op.
All versions work just fine though.

Wii U/3DS ones are the best by default due to having multiplayer. The other versions try to make up for the lack of that through cool boss fights, so it really depends on your taste. Do you have friends, or do you want to fight Kratos/Battletoads?
