Yeah, it's a shame they don't give villagers at least a few unique traits beyond which of the eight cookie cutter personalities they fall into. Most you get is the unique one-liner blurb on their photos.That's why HHD is the best AC, by what sort of house they request of you to make them and which items they love, you can at least deduce some interests or hobbies and from that some unique aspects of that villager in particular.
