I have a got an idea for a german civ in CIV VI:
Germany:
Leader: Karl der Große (Charles the Great)
Unique Ability:
Nationalism: +5 Happiness when you capture a city, the city which produced the unit which captured the city gets the happiness
Unique Tile Improvement:
Concentration Camp:
only build able on plains and grassland
+4 Production (+6 Production when a military unit is on that tile)
-1 Happiness
+2 Gold
If you capture a unit like settlers or workers and sacrifice them on a concentration camp tile you will get a 150 gold and small unique bonus of production
Unique Building:
- Gymnasium (replaces School)
- Hanse (replaces Bank)
Unique Units:
- Panzer (replaces Tanks)
- Teutonic Knights (replaces Longswordman)

I know there are mods but they aren't voiced and animated and shit. Kind of sucks to have animated leader screens and then jump to still images.
