Comfiness is precisely why I like the first game even more than the second. Obviously the second has more going for it, but the comfy levels are absolutely off the fucking charts for the first one. The bigger map does a lot of good for The Lost Age, but it loses a lot of the comfy the original had.

i replayed the series, without transferring the data tla would have been mediocre, the amount of options is what kept it so engaging even for a gba game. whatever game will they make next, it needs to be double the size of dark dawn and have longer/harder puzzles, they held your hand too hard by explaining shit, they need to go back to abilities that are hard to understand

To be honest, due to me being a min/maxing shitlord in middle school when the game was released for me (25 y/o now), the best numbers I got were when each adept used only their matching djinn. I've never bothered to experiment with the class system since, because each character does what I want them to do the best when I continue to do that. Whenever I see anyone suggest putting X Djinn on Y Adept, well pic related.
