Mei is still an annoying cunt whether she is balanced or not(for objective based game modes she isn't). Zenyatta desperately needs a buff to his health. Torbs turret could use some work to its range is shortened so it can't auto lock snipers from 200 feet away. Bastion needs a much slower reload to compensate for that high dps. Widow maker needs to do much less damage with her normal gunfire. And I think Zarya should have a lower cooldown on her ally shield and a higher cooldown on her personal shield to make her more of a support tank and make her a little squishier because as a Zarya "main" she is just too damn hard to kill most of the time.

I'm calling out blizzard's shitty FPS game design, faggot. Comparing it to the FPS veterans who developed TF2, you can see the careful highs and lows of The Soldier's balance, whereas the design process behind Pharah is weak and fundamentally flawed. She's incredibly low risk and high reward, capable of fast, nimble movement, pumping out a fuckton of damage and easily flanking targets to devastate them. Saying "hitscan is h-her counter!1!" is nice in theory but in an actual match where you have fifty other distractions and this cunt is bouncing around above you in and out of cover, it's not such a simple equation.

To be honest I fail to see the reason why Pharah is added into Overwatch.
Overwatch has a lot of areas that are closed quarters or has a lot of walls so she can do massive splash damage if even the player is shit at aiming.

Winston is a soft counter at close range. Same with Zarya. Tracer is annoying little bitch, a good Tracer can really mess with Pharah and take very little splash damage.

One mag dump is all it takes. Pharah has a lot of tools to escape tracer so it's usually not an issue but if Pharah is stuck in a tight space, it can be really hard to get a direct hit on tracer, or even do sufficient splash damage. At really really close range, Tracer wins by a landslide.
Pharah is the ultimate mid range character. She excels if you hover *just* outside of people's range. If you go too far back, they easily dodge your rockets(not effective at DPS AT ALL) and she gets picked off by snipers.

On the other side, Pharah is shit at killing Tracer, unless you surprise her with two good shots in a row, it's going to be recall and try again.
Pharah is my most played character and I find any decent 76 shuts her down like it's fucking nothing. He's got hitscan weapon with barely any spread, small mobile frame, enough health to survive two direct hits and a heal. That makes him really hard to kill in the short time before he kills you. Unless of course you're fighting him up close, but the whole point of Pharah is to provide aerial superiority, and pick at enemies that are hard to reach for your frontline team.
